Job Description:
What You will do:

Draft, review, and assist in preparation of legal documents, agreements, and contract.
Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations, and case laws
Maintain legal MIS, records, and documentation accurately
Coordinate with internal departments for legal requirements and follow-ups
Assist senior legal team in day-to-day legal operations and compliance activities
Ensure all legal documents are accurate, compliant with applicable laws, and aligned with company policies.
Maintain proper version control and records of all legal drafts and final documents.
Assist in reviewing contracts and agreements for legal risks, obligations, and compliance requirements.
Highlight potential legal issues and coordinate revisions in consultation with senior legal members.
Support implementation of contractual terms and compliance tracking.
Conduct legal research on statutes, rules, regulations, circulars, and judicial precedents relevant to company matters.
Prepare legal notes, summaries, and research briefs for internal reference and decision-making.
Stay updated with changes in laws affecting the organization.
Maintain and update Legal MIS including contracts, cases, notices, and statutory documentation.
Track deadlines, renewals, and compliance timelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
Organize and manage physical and digital legal records systematically.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Projects, Finance, HR, and Administration for legal documentation and approvals.

Requirements:

Bachelor of Laws (LLB) – Mandatory
LLM or Diploma/Certification in Contract Drafting (preferred)
Freshers - 1 year experience or candidates with relevant internship/entry-level experience can also apply
Basic knowledge of contract drafting and legal documentation
Good research, communication, and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office and documentation.
