About us
Nobody arrives here new to trying. They have done the diets, the gyms, the apps, the six- week plans. What they have never had is one system that takes on the whole problem at once and stays long enough for it to hold.
That is what we build. Doctors, diagnostics, nutrition, coaching, strength, mental health support, and a team that does not disappear after the first result.
We are a new brand inside Mosaic Wellness, the house behind Man Matters, Be Bodywise, Little Joys and Root Labs. 300+ people are on the program already.
Almost none of them came for a number on a scale. They came because somewhere along the way they stopped recognising themselves. We help people carve out a new identity, and then hand them the system that keeps it.
About the role
You are the first real human contact in that story.
Hundreds of people every week get far enough to tell us they are ready, and then stop. Not because they changed their mind. Because nobody called, and because the last five things they tried did not work, and they are tired.
Your job on that call is to be the calm one. To listen longer than feels comfortable. To ask instead of pitch. To understand what actually brought them here, name it back to them accurately, and let the silence sit while they think.
Trust first. Conviction second. The booking follows both, and never the other way around.
You are not closing a sale. You are the reason someone who had given up decides to start.
Roles and responsibilities
1. Own your assigned leads. A fresh list every morning. You work all of it, every day, and nobody chases you for it.
2. Follow up until you get a real answer. Call and chat, across days, on a cadence you hold. Most people say yes on the fourth conversation, not the first.
3. Build trust and conviction on the call. Open with a question, not a benefit. Reflect back what you heard. Explain the science that matches their situation. Introduce the plan last.
4. Carry the journey end to end. Conversation to diagnostic booking to plan. You stay with your customer through the whole arc. You do not hand them off halfway.
5. Log everything, same day. every call, every objection, in their words. Your notes are how the next person does better than you did.

Two numbers. Both published weekly for the whole team to see. Nobody is measured on dials, talk time, or effort.
Who you are
- You care about health and what it does to a life. Not as a job category. You have tracked something of your own, read your own markers, had a month fall apart and started again. You will be talking to people about the hardest thing in their life and they can hear whether you have been there.
You genuinely like talking to people. Not performing at them. You are curious about strangers, you ask a second question, and you are comfortable when a call goes quiet.
You can hold a room without raising your voice. Steady. Unhurried. The person on the other end is anxious and has been sold to before. You are the opposite of that experience

You have spent time on the phone with customers who were making a real decision. Admissions counselling, diagnostics or hospital inside sales,
