About the Role: Are You the One?
Should you accept the mission of being a Social Media Strategist at Houzeo, you will drive
content-led growth across all social platforms. We need an inherently curious, data-driven
thinker who draws insights from user engagement behavior and creates high-performing
campaigns. These campaigns need to be witty and engaging to attract and acquire home
sellers, buyers, investors, and real estate pros. Your focus will be on generating leads,
improving engagement, and scaling content performance.
If you're passionate about exploring the intricacies of the U.S. real estate landscape and how
to influence user behavior via social media marketing, this role is for you. Our ideal
candidate is not just a Social Media Strategist but someone who wants to make a dent in the
universe.
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It
Track performance metrics like leads, watch time, and CTR. Ideate and execute innovative
campaigns to increase sales and revenue.
Monitor campaigns and refine the virality strategy to drive 50K-100K monthly visitors to our
website by the end of 2026.
Build social media strategy across platforms: Meta, Reddit, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Create
content ideas from existing products, SEO clusters, and MLS data.
Initially, you’ll also need to write content that boosts engagement. Our culture is more like Rohit Sharma’s “Lead from the
front,” unlike Dhoni’s “Lead from the Back” strategy.
Plan and manage content calendars. Run A/B tests on hooks, formats, and topics.
Collaborate with creators and designers to improve output.
What You Bring
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in social media, growth, or content strategy.
Understanding of short-form content and platform trends.
Excellent analytical skills, experience with Google Analytics, and knowledge of digital and
growth marketing metrics. (We will train you anyway)
