Job Summary

The Senior Executive – B2B Partners Department is responsible for developing, managing, and strengthening relationships with education consultants, recruitment agencies, and business partners across India and international markets. The role focuses on expanding the partner network, ensuring consistent communication, driving business growth, and achieving student recruitment and placement targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, onboard, and manage new B2B partners and recruitment agencies.
Maintain strong relationships with existing partners through regular follow-ups.
Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with prospective and existing partners.
Present the company's services, universities, and recruitment opportunities to partners.
Negotiate partnership terms and execute agreements.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Admissions, Documentation, Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth processing of partner applications.
Monitor partner performance and provide guidance to improve conversions.
Organize webinars, training sessions, and partner engagement programs.
Resolve partner queries and provide timely support.
Maintain accurate records of partner activities in the CRM.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on partner acquisition and business performance.
Achieve monthly targets for partner onboarding, business generation, and revenue.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of new partners onboarded.
Active partner engagement rate.
Monthly student applications or candidate placements generated through partners.
Partner retention rate.
Revenue generated from B2B partnerships.
CRM data accuracy and timely reporting.
Achievement of assigned monthly and quarterly targets.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Master's degree is an added advantage.

Experience

4–7 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, partnership management, or overseas education consultancy.
Experience in international student recruitment or overseas employment consultancy is preferred.

Required Skills

Strong business development and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Negotiation and closing abilities.
CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Time management and multitasking skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of international education markets and admission processes.
Experience working with education agents or recruitment partners.
Ability to conduct partner training and business presentations.
Willingness to travel for partner meetings, seminars, and exhibitions.

Working Hours

9 Hours per day
Monday to Saturday (as per company policy)

Build and maintain a high-performing partner network.
Ensure timely communication with all assigned partners.
Meet monthly business development and revenue targets.
Maintain high levels of partner satisfaction and engagement.
Contribute to the overall growth of the B2B Partnerships Department through strategic relationship management.
