Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

About the Company

Atmasutra Institute of Career Development and Training (AICDT), a sub branch of Bzolutions Global Pvt Ltd, is looking for energetic and result-oriented Telemarketers / Telecalling Executives to join our growing team at Vellayambalam, Thiruvananthapuram.

The selected candidates will be responsible for handling and converting qualified leads generated by our Digital Marketing Department.

Key Responsibilities

Call leads provided by the Digital Marketing team.
Explain our training programs, courses, and services to prospective students/clients.
Follow up with interested leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain accurate records of conversations and lead status.
Schedule appointments or direct qualified leads to the concerned department.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Build positive relationships with potential customers through professional communication.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in telemarketing, telecalling, inside sales, or customer support.
Good communication skills in Malayalam; knowledge of English will be an added advantage.
Confident speaking and convincing ability over phone.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM / Google Sheets).
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
