Role Overview
This is a high-impact creative leadership role with quality ownership.
We are looking for a Creative Lead who will act as the Design Quality Owner of VisualSpiders - someone who can raise the creative benchmark of the company while building scalable design systems and processes.
You will:
· Lead and oversee creative and design operations within the company
· Act as Art Director across projects and client engagements
· Elevate the quality standards of Presentation Design and Design & Media services
· Manage and mentor designers while driving consistency and excellence
· Translate client requirements into strong creative direction and execution
· Balance creativity with operational efficiency
This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
You will work closely with founders, operations, client teams, and designers to ensure VisualSpiders continues to deliver premium, consulting-level creative output.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Quality Ownership
· Serve as the Creative Leader and Quality Gatekeeper across all deliverables
· Define, maintain, and continuously elevate design standards and benchmarks
· Approve final designs before client delivery
· Ensure high-quality output across presentations, templates, branding, event collaterals,
and marketing assets
· Clearly articulate design rationale and provide structured feedback to designers
Presentation Design Leadership
· Own and elevate our PowerPoint Presentation Design services
· Develop premium-quality, context-driven presentation designs
· Build technically sound PowerPoint templates and scalable design systems for
enterprise clients
· Define master slide frameworks, brand-compliant structures, and asset libraries
· Establish best practices for storytelling, layout, hierarchy, and visual flow
PowerPoint expertise is critical for this role.
Design Process & Project Management
· Manage multiple short-term, mid-term, and long-term projects simultaneously
· Coordinate with designers, operations, and client teams
· Translate client briefs into mood boards, creative concepts, and initial drafts
· Ensure structured communication between clients and internal teams
· Improve workflows and optimize turnaround time without compromising quality
· Maintain clarity in timelines, feedback cycles, and stakeholder alignment
Client Communication & Concept Translation
· Engage directly with clients to understand business context and objectives
· Strategically and tactically explain creative concepts with logical reasoning
· Bridge communication between clients and designers
· Manage expectations while maintaining premium service standards
Tools, Technology & Innovation
· Advanced expertise in PowerPoint
· Deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
· Preferred knowledge of video editing tools and motion graphics workflows
· Strong affinity for AI tools to improve productivity, accelerate execution, and enhance creative outcomes
· Stay updated with modern design trends, tools, and emerging technologies
Team Leadership & Capability Building
· Mentor and manage the design team
· Conduct structured review sessions and quality audits
· Lead training sessions to elevate presentation design and creative skills
· Keep the team updated on new design trends and industry shifts
· Build scalable processes that support consistent quality
Required Qualifications
· 5+ years of experience in graphic design
· Minimum 2 years in a team leadership or senior designer role
· Strong expertise in PowerPoint design and enterprise template systems
· Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
· Deep understanding of layout systems, typography, branding, and visual hierarchy
· Strong portfolio showcasing presentation design and marketing collateral
· Excellent communication and team management skills
· Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
