Identify new referral sources and business opportunities.
Develop relationships with corporate companies, institutions, schools, and organizations.
Promote hospital services, health packages, and special offers.
Increase awareness of services such as Cataract Surgery, Retina Services, Glaucoma, LASIK, TransPRK, SMILE, Oculoplasty, and Pediatric Ophthalmology.
Assist in organizing medical camps, awareness programs, and promotional events.

Public Relations

Maintain a positive image of the hospital among the public and healthcare community.
Handle public relations activities within the assigned area.
Coordinate community outreach and awareness programs.
Address general public and referral queries professionally.

Field Activities

Plan and execute daily field visits.
Prepare daily visit reports with details of doctors visited, hospital name, location, observations, and follow-up actions.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotional campaigns, and new services.
Identify opportunities for increasing patient referrals.
