Secretary to Directors – Trivandrum

Location: Trivandrum, Kerala
Job Type: Full-Time
Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Directors.
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and schedules.
Handle emails, calls, correspondence, and confidential documents.
Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and meeting documents.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external parties on behalf of the Directors.
Maintain important records and follow up on pending tasks.
Arrange travel, meetings, and other requirements for the Directors.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Previous experience as a Secretary, Executive Secretary, or Personal Assistant is preferred.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
