Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development: Formulate and execute overarching digital marketing strategies across multiple touchpoints to support business goals.

Data Analytics & Optimization: Monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and ROI (Return on Investment). Analyze end-to-end customer experiences and adjust campaign spending for better performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with content creators, web developers, and designers to optimize landing pages and user experience (UX).
Budget Management: Oversee digital marketing budgets and allocate resources across various ad platforms to maximize returns.
Vendor & Agency Relations: Collaborate with third-party vendors and media agencies to execute specialized tasks and campaigns.
Industry Research: Conduct market research, analyze competitor strategies, and stay updated on the latest digital trends, tools, and algorithm changes. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8]

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
Experience: 4–6+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4).
Familiarity with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
Deep understanding of SEO/SEM best practices and paid advertising networks (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads).
Analytical Mindset: Strong quantitative skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong project management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
