Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Academic Coordinator cum Faculty for our Aviation Academy who can manage academic coordination responsibilities while actively engaging in teaching and student development activities.
This role is best suited for candidates who have experience in tuition teaching, coaching centres, or academic training environments and are passionate about mentoring students and delivering interactive learning sessions.
Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Coordination
- Plan and coordinate class schedules, batches, and training activities
- Maintain student records, attendance, and academic documentation
- Coordinate with trainers and management to ensure smooth course delivery
- Monitor academic progress and maintain training standards
- Assist in preparing study materials, presentations, and learning resources
Faculty & Teaching Responsibilities
- Conduct classes, orientation sessions, and academic support sessions
- Train students in communication skills, personality development, and professional etiquette
- Support students in improving presentation, speaking, and interview skills
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
Student Support & Administration
- Handle student inquiries and assist in the admission process
- Support fee coordination and student documentation
- Assist in organizing academic activities, assessments, and academy events
Eligibility & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- B.Ed / TTC qualification is an added advantage
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Passion for teaching and student interaction is essential
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good organizational and coordination skills
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in teaching, tuition teaching, home tutoring, coaching centres, or academic institutes preferred
- Candidates with prior tuition teacher or academic coaching experience will be given preference
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and teaching aptitude may also apply
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
