Position: HR Executive – Fresher
Location: Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu

Qualification: MBA (HR) / MSW (HR) / BBA / Any Graduate with HR Specialization

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Fresher to join our hospital HR team. The candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, employee documentation, onboarding, attendance management, and employee engagement initiatives. This role offers excellent exposure to healthcare HR practices and hospital administration.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Maintain employee personal files, records, and HR documentation.
Support attendance, leave management, and HRMS updates.
Assist in payroll input preparation and employee data verification.
Handle employee queries and provide HR-related support.
Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and hospital records.
Support statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESI, etc.).
Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment trackers.

Required Skills

Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes.
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Eligibility Criteria

MBA (HR) / MSW (HR) / BBA / B.Com / Any Degree with HR specialization.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
