Job Description:
The Reservation Specialist – CGH SAHA will be responsible for managing reservations, guest inquiries, and booking coordination for a portfolio of boutique luxury properties with limited inventory. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of luxury hospitality reservations, guest engagement, and boutique property operations, with the ability to deliver seamless pre-arrival experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Reservations Management:
- Handle all reservation inquiries through phone, email, website, OTA platforms, and travel partners.
- Process bookings accurately and efficiently while ensuring optimal inventory utilization.
- Coordinate room allocations and stay arrangements for boutique properties with limited keys.
- Ensure reservation details, guest preferences, and special requests are accurately updated in the PMS/CRM system.
- Maintain real-time inventory and rate accuracy across all booking channels.
Guest Engagement & Experience:
- Deliver personalized communication to guests before, during, and after booking confirmation.
- Curate customized itineraries and recommend experiences, wellness activities, excursions, and local attractions.
- Handle VIP guests and special occasion bookings with exceptional attention to detail.
- Provide prompt responses to guest inquiries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Revenue & Yield Optimization:
- Support revenue maximization through upselling experiences, packages, and extended stays.
- Monitor occupancy trends and booking pace for assigned properties.
- Coordinate with revenue and sales teams to manage promotions, offers, and rate plans.
- Minimize booking errors, cancellations, and inventory mismatches.
Coordination with Property Operations
- Liaise closely with property teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and stay preparation.
- Communicate guest preferences, dietary requirements, celebration requests, and operational notes.
- Ensure operational readiness for arrivals, especially for exclusive-use or experiential stays.
OTA & Travel Partner Coordination
- Coordinate with travel agents, DMCs, OTA partners, and corporate travel planners.
- Respond to partner queries and maintain professional trade relationships.
- Ensure booking confirmations, vouchers, and payment details are processed correctly.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily reservation reports, pickup reports, and occupancy updates.
- Maintain accurate guest databases and booking records.
- Assist in analyzing booking patterns and guest feedback for service improvement.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Travel & Tourism, or related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in hotel reservations, front office, or guest relations.
- Experience in boutique luxury hotels, wellness retreats, or experiential hospitality preferred.
- Familiarity with low-inventory/high-personalization property operations is an advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
