Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Civil Engineering Fresher interested in building a career in Quantity Surveying, Estimation, BOQ Preparation, and Costing.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings.
Assist in preparing BOQs and cost estimates.
Calculate quantities for concrete, steel, masonry, plastering, flooring, etc.
Assist in material and labour quantity calculations.
Review drawings and identify scope of work.
Assist in rate analysis and project costing.
Compare quantities with drawings and project requirements.
Support senior quantity surveyors in tender and estimation activities.
Assist with site measurements when required.
Maintain proper estimation sheets and project documentation.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of Civil Engineering and construction methods.
Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
Good knowledge of measurements and basic mathematics.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good analytical and communication skills.
Willingness to learn quantity surveying and estimation.

Software Knowledge

Knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, Cost Estimation/BOQ software is an advantage.
