About the Role

Gmaathaki Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team. If you have excellent English communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers, this is an excellent opportunity to build your career in the international BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls for UK & USA customers.
Provide exceptional customer support and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Maintain professional communication and build positive customer relationships.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Meet daily productivity, quality, and performance targets.
Follow company policies and process guidelines.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve business goals.

Required Skills

Excellent spoken and written English.
Neutral English accent with minimal Mother Tongue Influence (MTI).
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Good problem-solving and customer service abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work in UK (Mid Shift) and USA (Night Shift).

Eligibility

Any Graduate or Diploma holder.
Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome.
Candidates with experience in International Voice Process/BPO will be preferred.
Age: 18 years and above.
