Job Summary

Eco Friendly Tech Solutions is looking for a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist Cum Trainer with 1–3 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies while also training students and professionals in practical, industry-relevant digital marketing skills.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing platforms, strong communication skills, and the ability to explain concepts clearly through practical training.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns.
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, leads, conversions, and other key metrics.
Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with content, design, and business development teams.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Training & Mentoring

Conduct practical digital marketing training sessions for students and professionals.
Teach SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, analytics, and other digital marketing concepts.
Provide hands-on training using real-world projects and case studies.
Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
Guide students in completing practical digital marketing projects.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Assist students with interview preparation, resume building, and career guidance.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools, algorithms, and industry trends.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner, and related tools.
Knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis.
Understanding of website analytics and campaign performance metrics.
Good knowledge of social media platforms.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks effectively.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, IT, or a related field.
1–3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
Candidates with prior training, mentoring, or teaching experience will be preferred.
Candidates should have practical experience handling digital marketing campaigns.

Preferred Skills

Google Ads certification or relevant digital marketing certifications.
Experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
Experience creating digital marketing reports and dashboards.
Experience working on real-world digital marketing projects.
Experience conducting workshops or training programs.
