We are a Business Correspondant working with Federal Bank looking for Collection Executives in Madurai, Tiruchirappalli, Coimbatore & Rameswaram.

Requirements:

Candidates must have completed at least +2 and above.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Field Collection in Microfinance products.
Should have thorough knowledge of rural locations in Madurai, Tiruchirappalli, Coimbatore & Rameswaram regions.
Should be able to collect hard bucket dues.
Microfinance knowledge required.
Agri Loan Collection experience preferable.
Qualification in DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) will be an added advantage.
Candidates must own a 2 wheeler.

Role:

Tracking assigned geographic areas to identify borrowers with delayed or missed payments.
Traveling to rural areas, farms, and villages to meet borrowers, verify the status of current activities, and discuss repayment options.
Logging daily collection activities, payment statuses, and customer interactions to generate reports.
Asset verification of customers before confirmation of loan disbursement.

This is a full time on field role.

Immediate joiners required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
