Field Officer (Eye Screening & Community Outreach) Organization: Vision Pulse / Community Eye Care Program Location: Tiruppur & Nearby Areas (Field Work) Job Type: Full Time About the Role We are looking for an energetic and responsible Field Officer to coordinate free eye screening camps, school screening, village outreach, NGO collaboration, and patient mobilization for our optical and eye care services. The candidate should be able to travel, communicate with people, organize camps, and coordinate with hospitals, NGOs, companies, schools, and local bodies. Roles & Responsibilities 1. Eye Camp Coordination Organize free eye screening camps in villages, schools, factories, colleges, NGOs, old-age homes, and companies. Coordinate with local leaders, HR teams, NGOs and institutions. Ensure proper arrangements before camps. 2. Community Outreach Create awareness about eye care, vision problems, diabetic eye screening, dry eye, spectacles, and cataract awareness. Build relationships with: NGOs Schools & Colleges Village Panchayats Welfare Associations 3. Patient Mobilization Encourage patients requiring advanced consultation to visit clinic. Follow up for: Spectacles Cataract referrals Dry eye evaluation Advanced eye examination 4. Marketing & Promotion Promote clinic/optical services in surrounding areas. Distribute pamphlets and awareness materials. Assist in social awareness campaigns. 5. Reporting Maintain camp reports: Number screened Referred patients Spectacle orders Follow-up details Submit daily/weekly updates. Eligibility Preferred Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma Experience in NGO, Medical, Pharma, Optical, Hospital, Sales, Marketing, or Community Work preferred. Skills Required ✔ Good communication skills (Tamil mandatory) ✔ Basic English preferred ✔ Willingness to travel ✔ Public relation skills ✔ Field work interest Experience Fresher can apply Experience in field marketing/medical/pharma/NGO preferred.
