Core Responsibilities

Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day service workflows, from initial request intake to final resolution, ensuring compliance with company SOPs.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage service technicians, customer representatives, and support staff, allocating tasks and tracking individual KPIs.
Financial Management: Monitor departmental budgets, analyze operational costs, and collaborate with finance for forecasting and pricing strategies.
Customer Retention & Escalations: Prioritize customer complaints, resolve high-level escalations, and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive satisfaction (CSAT).
Service Sales: Drive revenue through conversions, renewals of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), and upselling spare parts or premium upgrades.
Performance & Reporting: Maintain service dashboards to track metrics such as Turnaround Time (TAT), service uptime, and contract coverage.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience: Typically 5+ years of experience in service management, operations, or a client-facing role.
Key Skills: Excellent leadership, negotiation, financial planning, and analytical problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
