Team Lead – Last Mile Operations

About the Role

We are looking for a Team Lead – Last Mile Operations to manage day-to-day delivery operations, lead delivery teams, and ensure shipments are delivered within the defined SLA.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily last-mile delivery operations and ensure smooth execution.
Supervise Delivery Executives and monitor their daily productivity.
Plan and allocate manpower and delivery routes based on shipment volume.
Monitor shipment status, delivery performance, and SLA adherence.
Track pending, undelivered, and RTO shipments and take corrective action.
Handle operational escalations and resolve delivery-related issues.
Ensure proper attendance, discipline, and productivity of the delivery team.
Coordinate with Hub, Customer Service, and other teams for smooth shipment movement.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational processes.
Prepare and maintain daily operational reports and performance metrics.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 1+ year of experience in logistics, courier, e-commerce, supply chain, or last-mile operations.
Prior experience in team handling and delivery operations will be preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
