About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Administrative Manager to oversee the daily operational and administrative functions of our e-commerce garment business. In this hybrid role, you will bridge the gap between our corporate office and garment warehouse/fulfillment centers, ensuring seamless workflows, optimal resource allocation, and a highly productive work environment. [1, 2, 3]Key ResponsibilitiesE-commerce & Warehouse Operations Support

Workflow Coordination: Partner with e-commerce operations to streamline the journey of garments from quality checks and packaging to dispatch and tracking.
Returns Management: Supervise the administrative flow of garment returns, exchanges, and customer refunds to maintain high satisfaction.
Vendor & Courier Relations: Manage contracts and relationships with packaging suppliers, courier services, and delivery partners. [1]

Office & Facility Management

Facility Oversight: Ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained physical environment across corporate offices and warehousing spaces.
Procurement: Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies, housekeeping, and essential e-commerce packing materials. [1, 2, 3]

Team Leadership & HR Administration

Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and manage clerical and administrative personnel.
Performance Management: Evaluate the performance of administrative and support staff, setting clear goals and providing coaching.
HR Support: Assist in onboarding new employees and managing internal attendance/payroll data. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Financial & Compliance Administration

Budgeting: Oversee the administrative budget, tracking office and logistics expenses, and preparing financial reports.
Invoice Processing: Process vendor invoices and purchase orders accurately and on time.
Compliance: Ensure all company operations, warehouse safety protocols, and labor regulations are strictly followed. [1, 2, 3]

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven work experience as an Admin Manager, Operations Manager, or in e-commerce/retail administration.
Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the garment/apparel or e-commerce industry is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially advanced Excel) and experience using ERP, CRM, or e-commerce backend platforms.
Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a strong ability to manage cross-functional teams

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
