Job Description – HR Intern

Finmentor Accounting Studio LLP is a professional accounting and finance training institution dedicated to providing practical, industry-oriented education in accounting, finance, taxation, and related areas. We focus on developing students' technical knowledge, professional skills, and career readiness through practical learning and industry exposure.

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Intern to support our HR team in day-to-day HR activities. This internship provides practical exposure to recruitment, employee management, attendance, documentation, and other HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in recruitment and selection activities.

· Source and shortlist candidates through various platforms.

· Coordinate and schedule interviews.

· Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.

· Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

· Assist in managing attendance and leave records.

· Prepare and maintain HR reports and Excel sheets.

· Communicate with candidates and employees regarding HR-related matters.

· Assist in organizing employee meetings and engagement activities.

· Support the HR team in day-to-day HR and administrative activities.

· Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Skills Required

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes.

· Good coordination and organizational skills.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.

· Ability to communicate professionally with candidates and employees.

· Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

· Positive attitude and team-working ability

Educational Qualification

· Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

· MBA HR / HR-related qualification is an added advantage.

· Freshers are welcome to apply.
