We are looking for a versatile Operations & Growth Associate to join our team. This role is a unique blend of office management, client relations, and hands-on business growth. What You Will Do

Office & Operations Management:

Central Point of Contact: Act as the first point of interaction for clients, partners, and visitors.
Workflow Coordination: Ensure all company activities run smoothly by managing schedules, documentation, and office logistics.
Bridge Builder: Facilitate communication between departments to ensure a cohesive working environment.

Marketing & Business Expansion:

Strategy Development: Assist in creating and executing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.
Business Development: Actively engage in field work and networking to identify new opportunities for expansion.
Client Relations: Nurture relationships with current and prospective clients through proactive engagement.

What We Are Looking For

Education: An MBA/PGDM is preferred. However, we highly value practical experience; candidates with a Master’s degree in a related field (such as Business, Communication, or Operations) who possess strong relevant experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Communication: Exceptional command of the English language (written and verbal). You must be able to present ideas confidently and articulate our vision clearly.
Startup Mindset: You are adaptable, proactive, and "hands-on." You don't wait for tasks to be assigned; you identify what needs to be done and do it.
Emotional Intelligence: Ability to handle client queries with patience, empathy, and professional etiquette.
