Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary

SS Hyundai Chengannur is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to manage daily cash transactions, billing activities, and customer payments. The ideal candidate should possess strong numerical skills, accuracy in handling financial transactions, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Receive and process cash, card, and digital payments from customers.
Generate invoices, receipts, and payment acknowledgements.
Maintain daily cash collection records and cash book.
Perform cash reconciliation at the end of each day.
Coordinate with Accounts, Sales, and Service departments for billing-related activities.
Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and documentation.
Assist customers with payment-related queries professionally.
Follow company policies and accounting procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Plus Two with relevant experience.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting procedures.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work accurately under pressure.
Previous experience as a cashier or accounts assistant is preferred.
