Job Description:

Responsible for supporting the assigned department in all aspects to ensure the achievement of sales targets, good customer service, efficient and effective store administration

Promoting Web store purchase to the walk-in customer for hassle free purchase and inducing the customer to click and collect technology
Responsible to achieve the target given by the management and increase the performance of the company
Manage the store in overseeing daily counter operations, including openingand closing procedures, stock management, visual merchandising and staff scheduling
Co-ordinating with sales Executive (Jewel Consultant & Assistant Jewel Consultant), leading in front and motivating a team of sales team to deliver a pleasant shopping experience to the customers.
Verifying sales calculation and estimation by providingsupports and coordinating with Jewel Consultant and Assistant Jewel Consultant update the required data and approval in JBS.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, resolving any issues or concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Ensuring a healthy environment for achieving sales targets by driving sales through product knowledge, suggestive selling techniques, and effective upselling
Understanding the sales force team skills to educate and develop sales associates on product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques to enhance their performance.
Co-ordinate with Jewel Consultant and Assistant Jewel Consultant in maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standards.
Ensuring smooth function of Manpower Management &stock management (Inventory) and accountability of stock through Jewel Consultant.
Collaborate with the reporting Manager&HR manageron staff performance evaluations, training needs assessment, and coaching to improve individual and team performance including grooming standards of the company.
Ensuring and verifying all bill are routed to billing by through JC as per company polices and co-ordinate with ASM and SM for reconciliation of cash operations accurately, including opening and closing procedures.
Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and drive sales.
Co-ordinating with purchase and orders team for smooth transaction of product to stores (Stock Refilling) routed through ASM for transfer of Product and customer product delivery within TAT.
Ensuring and coordinating with CRM Executive for pleasant customer service and handling customer grievance at shopfloor

Requirements:

Must have atleast 5-10 years of Experience in Jewellery Sales and should possesed atleast 1 year Experience in counter management

Ability to perform Multi tasking Works and should posses good communication Skill

should be a decision maker by solving Conflict in a polite manner

Salary Package : Will be on considered based on candidate experience, knowlegedge , Communication and other aspects - Note : salary is not constraint for the right Candidate.
