Educational Qualification
- PhD (Completed or Final-Year) in one of the following disciplines:
- Aerospace Engineering
- Mechatronics Engineering
- Electrical / Electronics Engineering
- Robotics / Autonomous Systems
- Control Systems / Power Electronics
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Technology (Mandatory)
- Strong academic record with applied research exposure
- Teaching Assistantship / Guest Lecturing experience (Preferred)
Years of Experience
- 0–5 years post‑PhD (or final‑year PhD candidates)
Hands‑on experience with:
- Unmanned systems (UAV / UGV / USV)
- Electric motors, powertrains, or autonomy systems
- Exposure to industry projects, startups, or applied research labs preferred

Roles & Responsibilities
Curriculum & Content Development
Own 1–2 modules from the eP University Foundational Course, such as:
- Introduction to Unmanned Systems
- Common System Architecture
- UAV / UGV / USV Systems
- Motor & Powertrain Fundamentals (eP Core)
- Autonomy, Navigation, or System Integration
Create:
- Teaching decks and visual explanations
- Instructor scripts and board‑work flows
- Learner handbooks and reference notes
- Training Videos
Simulation & Practical Lab Design
Design simulation‑based labs using platforms such as:
- CloudShare
- MATLAB / Python‑based models
- System block‑diagram simulations
- Create parameter‑driven exercises (e.g. thrust vs payload, motor efficiency)
- Develop real‑world engineering scenarios and “what‑if” analysis labs
Training Delivery
Deliver instructor‑led sessions (classroom / virtual / hybrid)
Facilitate:
- Design discussions
- Case‑based learning
- Engineering trade‑off debates
- Support learner queries and mentoring during cohorts
Assessment & Certification Support
Design:
- Conceptual MCQs
- Scenario‑based questions
- Design justification problems
- Support Skillable‑style assessment center activities
- Participate in certification evaluation and grading discussions
Technical Skills
Strong fundamentals in at least one domain:
- Electric motors & drives
- UAV / UGV / USV system design
