Unreal Lighting Artist

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute lighting setups for environments and characters in Unreal Engine.
Create, maintain, and optimize master materials for environments, props, skin, and hair.
Match asset look between DCC tools (Substance Painter, Blender, Maya, etc.) and Unreal Engine.
Refine skin shaders (SSS, thickness, subsurface profiles) and hair shaders (grooms/cards) for realistic or stylized results.
Troubleshoot and resolve shading issues such as plastic skin, flat materials, noisy lighting, incorrect roughness/specular response, and hair artifacts.
Balance lighting, materials, post-processing, fog, and atmosphere for cinematic quality.
Optimize scenes and shaders for real-time performance without compromising visual fidelity.
Collaborate with environment, character, and technical teams to maintain visual consistency.
Review and provide guidance on lighting and look development standards.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Unreal Engine (UE5 preferred).
Advanced knowledge of:
Lighting workflows (Lumen, baked lighting, exposure control)
PBR material creation and shader logic
Skin shading and Subsurface Scattering (SSS)
Hair shading and Unreal Groom system
Experience with Substance Painter/Designer or similar texturing tools.
Strong understanding of color theory, light behavior, and cinematic composition.

Experience Required: 3 - 6 Years

AI Content Generator

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality images and videos using AI generation tools.
Write clear, detailed, and effective prompts to achieve accurate results.
Improve and refine prompts based on generated outputs.
Research visual references, creative trends, styles, competitors, and relevant topics.
Understand client or project requirements and convert them into suitable visual concepts.
Maintain consistency in characters, environments, branding, colors, and overall visual style.
Edit, enhance, and organize generated images and videos when required.
Experiment with different AI tools, models, workflows, and prompting techniques.
Work closely with the creative and content teams to deliver projects on time.

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of AI image and video generation tools.
Strong vocabulary, grammar, and written communication skills.
Excellent prompt engineering and prompt-refinement abilities.
Strong online research and reference-finding skills.
Good understanding of composition, lighting, camera angles, visual styles, colors, and storytelling.
Ability to identify problems in generated content and correct them through better prompting.
Creative thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Compositing Artist

Key Responsibilities

Composite 3D renders, render passes, motion graphics, VFX elements, and footage into final shots.
Perform colour correction, grading, retouching, cleanup, masking, rotoscoping, keying, and tracking.
Enhance scenes using atmospheric effects, lighting effects, shadows, reflections, depth, glows, particles, and environmental details.
Ensure visual consistency across lighting, colour, perspective, shadows, and overall shot quality.
Work closely with 3D artists, motion graphics artists, editors, and creative leads.
Implement internal and client feedback while maintaining project timelines.
Organize project files, compositions, render passes, and output files as per production workflows.

Experience Required

Minimum 4–5 years of professional experience in compositing, VFX, animation, 3D visualization, or post-production.
Experience working with multi-pass renders, alpha channels, mattes, masks, depth passes, and render layers.
Strong understanding of lighting, colour, composition, realism, and cinematic visual quality.
