Job Description :

Plan and supervise daily refractory manufacturing operations.
Monitor raw material preparation, batching, mixing, pressing, drying, firing, and finishing processes.
Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce waste.
Analyze production data and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams.
Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed to minimize equipment downtime.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Train and mentor production operators and supervisors.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Support new product development and process validation activities.
