About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Cinematographer who knows how to tell stories through visuals. You’ll work closely with our creative, marketing, and production teams to create high-quality video content for brands across hospitality, lifestyle, events, and digital campaigns.

This role needs someone who understands mood, movement, lighting, and pacing and can translate a creative brief into compelling visuals.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute video shoots for brand films, social media, ads, events, and campaigns
Handle camera operations, framing, lighting, and shot composition
Collaborate with directors, editors, and designers to maintain visual consistency
Scout locations and plan technical requirements for shoots
Manage equipment setup, maintenance, and on-ground troubleshooting
Ensure footage meets brand guidelines and creative intent
Adapt shooting styles for different platforms like Instagram, YouTube, websites, and ads

Requirements

Proven experience as a Cinematographer or Director of Photography
Strong understanding of cameras, lenses, lighting setups, and movement
Experience with both indoor and outdoor shoots
Ability to work under tight timelines without compromising quality
A solid portfolio showcasing brand, lifestyle, or commercial work
Comfortable collaborating with creative teams and clients
Willingness to travel for shoots when required

Good to Have

Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brand shoots
Knowledge of drone cinematography
Basic understanding of editing workflows and color grading
Creative input on shot planning and storytelling
