Regional Sales Manager (RSM)Key Responsibilities

Achieve assigned sales targets and drive business growth within the designated region.
Develop and manage a strong network of distributors, dealers, and retailers.
Identify and appoint new distributors and key business partners.
Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
Lead, train, and monitor the performance of the sales team (ASM, SO, SR, etc.).
Prepare and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
Ensure timely collections and monitor outstanding payments.
Analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
Ensure compliance with company policies, reporting systems, and sales processes.
Drive both primary and secondary sales across the region.
Implement sales promotions, marketing activities, and product campaigns.
Monitor distributor inventory levels and ensure product availability in the market.
Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
Evaluate team performance and implement corrective action plans where required.
Support successful launches of new products in the assigned territory.
Address customer complaints and resolve market-related issues promptly.
Travel extensively within the assigned region to monitor business operations.
Achieve revenue, collection, and profitability objectives set by the company.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
