Job Description

Job Title: HR Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Recruiter to join our team in Ujjain. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of recruitment experience and excellent communication and coordination skills. Candidates with a teaching background and exposure to recruitment or HR activities are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Handle the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other hiring channels.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic and HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Prepare offer letters and assist with employee onboarding documentation.
Manage and maintain teacher/faculty records, attendance, and related documentation.
Coordinate with department heads regarding hiring requirements.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Recruitment/HR.
Candidates with teaching experience and recruitment exposure are preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and maintain recruitment records efficiently.
