Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function of a ₹200 Cr manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep financial expertise, strong command over statutory compliance (including GST), and the ability to drive month-on-month financial closing and reporting with precision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead end-to-end finance and accounts operations for the organization
Prepare and finalize the Balance Sheet on a month-on-month basis
Ensure timely and accurate statutory compliance — GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable regulations
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning aligned with business goals
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost control across operations
Liaise with auditors, banks, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies
Present financial performance, risk analysis, and strategic recommendations to the MD
Strengthen internal financial controls and MIS reporting systems
Guide and mentor the finance and accounts team

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Qualified CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
10–15+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in a manufacturing setup
Deep, hands-on knowledge of GST and statutory compliance
Proven experience in month-on-month Balance Sheet preparation and finalization
Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Experience handling finance for a company with ₹200 Cr+ turnover preferred
