Job Summary:
The MR/PRO will be responsible for promoting PET-CT services, developing strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals, and generating patient referrals to achieve business targets. The role requires extensive fieldwork, relationship management, and sales-driven activities within the assigned territory. Medical representatives typically serve as the link between healthcare providers and medical services while driving awareness and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities1. Doctor & Hospital Relationship Management
- Regularly visit referring doctors, oncologists, physicians, surgeons, and hospitals.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers.
- Promote PET-CT imaging services and educate doctors regarding clinical applications.
2. Business Development & Sales
- Generate patient referrals and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Identify new referral sources and business opportunities within the territory.
- Increase PET-CT scan volumes through effective field promotion activities.
3. Market Coverage & Territory Management
- Plan and execute daily field visits as per assigned route plan.
- Ensure complete coverage of key hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
- Maintain updated records of doctor interactions and referral trends.
4. Customer Service & Coordination
- Coordinate with patients and referral partners regarding appointments and reports.
- Ensure smooth communication between referring doctors and the PET-CT center.
- Address customer queries and provide prompt support.
5. Marketing & Promotional Activities
- Organize CMEs, awareness programs, doctor meetings, and promotional events.
- Distribute marketing materials and communicate service updates.
- Represent the organization at healthcare events and conferences.
6. Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and market developments.
- Provide feedback on referral patterns and business opportunities.
7. Collection & Follow-up
- Follow up on outstanding payments, if applicable.
- Ensure proper documentation and referral tracking.
- Maintain accurate records of business transactions.
8. Compliance & Professional Conduct
- Adhere to company policies and ethical business practices.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and business information.
- Represent the organization professionally at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Science/Life Science background preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in healthcare, diagnostics, pharmaceutical sales, or medical marketing.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Compensation
- Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
- Travel Allowance & Mobile Reimbursement (as per company policy)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
