We are looking for an experienced Jewellery Store Manager from a jewellery retail background who can handle complete store operations, sales management, customer handling, team supervision, and achievement of store targets. Candidate must have strong knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, and luxury jewellery retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations smoothly.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Handle walk-in customers and provide premium customer service.
- Supervise sales staff, cashier, and inventory team.
- Maintain showroom discipline, grooming, and customer experience.
- Ensure proper display and merchandising of jewellery products.
- Handle billing, stock management, and inventory audits.
- Monitor gold, diamond, and silver stock movement.
- Manage customer complaints and provide resolutions professionally.
- Coordinate with backend and management for smooth operations.
- Maintain security and safety standards of the showroom.
- Train and motivate the sales team for better performance.
- Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business.
Required Skills:
- Strong jewellery retail sales experience.
- Knowledge of gold, diamond, kundan, polki, and silver jewellery.
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Team management and leadership ability.
