About the Role

We are looking for a CS Trainee or Semi-Qualified Company Secretary (Executive passed / pursuing Professional level) to support the Secretarial and Compliance functions of the organization. The candidate will assist in ensuring compliance with corporate laws, regulatory filings, and secretarial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in company secretarial and compliance activitiesunder the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws.
Draft and maintain Board Meeting, Committee Meeting, and General Meeting documents, including agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
Support in statutory filings with MCA, ROC and other regulatory authorities.
Maintain and update statutory registers and recordsof the company.
Assist in annual compliance activities, including preparation of annual returns and related documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants for legal and compliance requirements.
Support in documentation, contract management, and legal records maintenance.
Track and monitor regulatory deadlines and compliance calendars.

Eligibility Criteria

CS Executive passedor currently pursuing CS Professional from ICSI.
Freshers or candidates with 0–1years of relevant experience can apply.
Good understanding of Companies Act, 2013 and corporate compliance.
Strong documentation, drafting, and organizational skills.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and ability to manage compliance timelines.
Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment.
