Full job description

A KFC Shift Manager is an inspiring frontline leader who runs restaurant operations during their assigned shift. They oversee the team, manage inventory and cash, ensure food safety and quality standards, and deliver exceptional customer service.Core Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Direct, train, and coach team members (cashiers and cooks) to maintain a fast and organized pace of service.
Quality & Safety: Ensure adherence to strict KFC food safety protocols (e.g., product holding times), cleanliness standards, and hygiene codes.
Shift Administration: Manage cash handling, end-of-shift reporting, and inventory levels for stock availability.
Guest Satisfaction: Resolve customer complaints quickly and foster a welcoming dining experience.

Typical Requirements

Experience: At least 1-2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in quick-service restaurants (QSR) or retail.
Availability: Flexible availability, which frequently includes working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical: Ability to stand/walk for the duration of the shift and lift/move up to 50 lbs. [
