Key Responsibilities
- Patient Triage: Rapidly assess and prioritize incoming patients based on the severity of their illness or injury. [1, 2]
- Patient Stabilization: Initiate life-saving interventions, manage airways, and administer emergency medications or intravenous (IV) fluids. [1, 2]
- Clinical Assistance: Assist emergency physicians and trauma surgeons with procedures like suturing, splinting, and minor surgeries. [1, 2]
- Monitoring: Track vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and oxygen saturation levels continuously using medical monitors. [1]
- Documentation & Communication: Maintain accurate electronic health records and update families on patient status while adhering to hospital safety policies. [1, 2]
- Department Coordination: Facilitate safe patient transfers to the ICU, operating rooms, or discharge units. [1, 2, 3]
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Degree in Nursing (RN) or relevant medical certification for emergency care.
- Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Experience: Clinical experience in a high-acuity, fast-paced medical or emergency setting.
- Core Skills: High stress tolerance, quick decision-making, clear communication, and physical stamina for long shifts
Pay: ₹14,943.76 - ₹20,000.00 per month
