We are looking for a CS Intern / Semi-Qualified CS to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and assist with Companies Act, 2013 and MCA/ROC compliances
Prepare and file MCA e-Forms
Assist in drafting Board/Shareholder resolutions, notices, minutes and other secretarial documents
Assist with company incorporation, annual filings and event-based compliances
Maintain statutory records and compliance trackers
Conduct basic research on corporate laws and regulatory requirements

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in Company Secretarial / MCA / ROC compliance work preferred.
Good knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 and MCA V3 portal
Good drafting and documentation skills
CSEET/ CS Executive students, trainees and semi-qualified CS candidates may apply.
Candidates with relevant experience may be considered for Work From Home.

Laptop & stable internet connection required.

Note: This is not a registered ICSI training position (no Long-Term training will be provided under Stimulate Portal).

Pay: ₹2,500.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh
