We are currently seeking a .Net Backend dev to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
Title: Lead I, Software Engineering – Back End
Knowledge:
- Participate and take a leadership role in software-related projects.
- Prepare and present solutions outlining the outcome, making recommendations to increase efficiency and effectiveness, and providing objectives for success.
- Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Requires depth and/or breadth of expertise in own specialized area and general knowledge of related areas.
Job Complexity:
- Lead the design and development of hardware and/or software operating systems.
- Develops more complex project plans and budgets.
- Solve complex, non-routine to complex problems and determine the best solution through cost/benefit analysis.
- Determine methods and procedures for new or special assignments.
- Recommend new products and provide guidance and expertise in their development using in-depth knowledge of various software languages. Considered to have mastered one or more programming languages.
- Work on issues that impact design success or address future concepts, products or technologies.
Supervisor/ Mentoring:
- Work within own other teams as a lead and/or member.
- Create formal networks involving coordination among groups.
- Developing Project and People management skills; how to create an inclusive team, bias awareness and management of bias, how to be an effective coach.
Tech Skills:
- Mastered one or more high-level programming languages. Proven knowledge of technologies, development tools, and design techniques.
- Has proven knowledge to design underlying engineering for use in multiple product offerings and support a small volume of end users.
- Performs code reviews and participates with architects in setting coding standards. Articulates technical debt and recommends software quality improvements. Experiences working in multiple frameworks. (Java, .net, CSS)
- Mastered effective software design techniques, on SDLC and Agile methodologies and software maintenance.
Culture:
- Communicates complex concepts, anticipates potential objections, and influences others to adopt a different point of view
- Has a full understanding of and fully supports company values.
Experience:
- With a Bachelor, 6 - 10 years of equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts. With Masters, 3 years related experience with Masters
