MedoPlus has its own physical Clinics at Ramnagar, Suratganj, Dariyabad and Tikaitganj, featuring modern facilities and state-of-the-art equipment in 4 block towns of Barabanki district of UP. These clinics offer services of OPD, medicine dispensation, instant lab tests for major parameters, sample collection, health insurance, health loans, Ayushmann services, etc. Each Clinic is supported by a full time nurse, pharmacist, phlebotomist and optometrist. These clinics offer OPD consultations and treatment by a Physician, Gynaecologist and Dentist on a rotation basis.Each clinic have eye care and pharmacy shops - EYE WORLD and PHARMA WORLD. Each Clinic is supported by 25+ village based MedoMITR who will guide rural patients to these Clinics.

MedoPlus plans to establish 100 clinics in PAN India in the next three years. Employees will grow along with the organization.
We are looking for Dentist(BDS).
Details about work location and timings:
Each Clinic are operational in Barabanki district. You will be required to work out of these clinics on a fixed day of the week in Suratganj and Tikaitganj Clinic, therefore serving out two clinics. The Clinic will be appropriately equipped to facilitate your work. Each Clinic will be operational for 8 hours a day from 9.30 am to 6.00 pm with suitable lunch and refreshment breaks. The attached pharmacy, optical shops and other support services may remain open until later in the evening.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat dental problems including cleaning, filling cavities, conduct teeth-whitening treatments, tooth extractions, root canal, and any other similar procedures, getting required pathological tests done inhouse, refer patients for surgeries, in patient needs, and any diagnostic and radiological tests not conducted in-house in the Clinic to MedoPlus partner hospitals and labs, prescribe medication as needed, educate patients on oral hygiene, conduct dental camps at village level, conduct webinars, and provide video and tele-consultations as needed while maintaining required patient health information confidentiality. All diagnoses, prescriptions, and procedures carried out will be inputted on the MedoPlus App for any further use by the patient and treating doctors as part of patient specific health information.
Qualifications and Experience needed
· Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or higher degree with appropriate license to practice as a dentist
· 3 & above years’ work experience as a dentist
· A pleasant and compassionate personality with the ability to make patients feel comfortable and be a team player
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
