Receptionist (Female)* *Key Responsibilities:* - Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude - Manage front desk operations: check-ins, check-outs, and reservations - Handle phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly - Maintain guest records, billing, and cash handling accurately - Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations - Address guest concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels *Requirements:* - *Qualification:* Graduation in any field - Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English - Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hotel software preferred) - Prior hotel/hospitality experience is a plus but freshers can apply - *Salary:* ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month based on experience --- *2.
