Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Noida invites applications for Amity Institute of Molecular Medicine Stem Cell Research (AIMMSCR) for Lab Technician & Demonstrator
1. Lab Technician:
Qualification: BSc. and MSc. with 55% marks in any area of Lifesciences (preferably Biochemistry).
Desired qualifications and Skills: A certificate or diploma in laboratory techniques from a recognized institution.
Candidates with longer laboratory experience may be preferred.
To have skills in record-keeping, handling lab equipment and its maintenance, to comply with the safety protocols and procedures for ensuring safe working environment and assist faculty members and researchers in various laboratory tasks, including data collection and analysis, Basic computer skills and preparation of lab reagents and chemicals.
2. Demonstrator:
BSc. in Medical Laboratory Science (4-year course with 1year internship), with at least 55% marks or 3-year BSc. in Medical Laboratory Science with 6 months internship and MSc. in Medical Laboratory Science including 6 months internship with at least 55% marks in both.
Desirable qualifications and Skills: 1-2 years’ experience in routine lab techniques, special lab techniques, hematology, blood banking, serology, clinical pathology, clinical biochemistry, histology, cytology, parasitology, medical genetics, blood cell analysis.
