Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Creative Development

Design engaging and high-quality creatives for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
Create marketing creatives for paid advertisements, lead generation campaigns, promotional offers, and brand awareness campaigns.
Develop visually appealing website banners, landing page graphics, emailers, newsletters, and digital brochures.
Design posters, flyers, standees, brochures, company profiles, visiting cards, signage, and other print marketing materials.
Create presentations, pitch decks, proposals, sales collateral, and internal communication designs.
Design creative assets for coworking space promotions, office launches, seasonal offers, events, workshops, and community engagement activities.
Support in creating branding material for new coworking centers, including reception branding, wall graphics, directional signage, meeting room branding, and workspace collateral.
Ensure all creatives are aligned with Akasa Coworking’s brand identity, tone, color palette, and communication guidelines.

Digital Content & Social Media Support

Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to create campaign-specific creatives for organic and paid social media marketing.
Design visually appealing content for reels, stories, carousels, thumbnails and short-form promotional content.
Create basic motion graphics, animated creatives, and video edits for social media campaigns and digital advertisements.
Edit photographs, workspace images, event images, and promotional videos for use across marketing channels.
Assist in developing creative concepts for brand campaigns, festive campaigns, location promotions, and client engagement initiatives.
Stay updated with social media trends, design formats, competitor activity, and new creative tools.

Collaboration & Project Management

Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Community, Operations, and Business Development teams to understand creative requirements.
Coordinate with vendors, printers, photographers, videographers, and external agencies whenever required.
Manage multiple design requests simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
Maintain proper records and folders for design files, source files, templates, brand assets, and campaign creatives.
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions within defined timelines.
Ensure all creative deliverables are accurate, error-free, and ready for publishing or printing.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
Working knowledge of Canva, Figma, CorelDRAW, After Effects, or similar design and video editing tools.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, visual hierarchy, and branding principles.
Experience in creating digital marketing creatives, social media content, print collateral, and corporate presentations.
Basic knowledge of video editing, animation, motion graphics, and short-form content creation.
Ability to convert briefs and ideas into visually compelling designs.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
Ability to take constructive feedback and make revisions efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Advertising, or a related field.
Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in graphic design, branding, digital marketing, advertising, real estate, hospitality, coworking, or creative agencies.
A strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives, branding projects, digital campaigns, print designs, presentations, and marketing collateral is mandatory.
Experience in designing for real estate, coworking, hospitality, or B2B service industries will be preferred.

Key Performance Indicators

Timely delivery of creative assets as per campaign and business requirements.
Quality, originality, and visual consistency of designs.
Adherence to brand guidelines across all communication materials.
Ability to manage multiple creative projects and revisions effectively.
Contribution to improved engagement and performance of marketing campaigns.
Accuracy and quality of final print and digital deliverables.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
