About Om Kilkari Multispeciality Hospital
Om Kilkari Multispeciality Hospital, Varanasi is developing a strong healthcare network to serve patients from Varanasi, Eastern Uttar Pradesh and adjoining areas of Bihar.
We are looking for a Hospital Marketing & Public Relations Executive (PRO) who can build strong professional relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, healthcare practitioners, community representatives and other local stakeholders.
This is a field-oriented hospital marketing and public relations role requiring extensive travel, networking and relationship management.
Job Summary
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and strengthening Om Kilkari Multispeciality Hospital's presence across assigned districts and towns.
The candidate will regularly meet and develop professional relationships with:
- Doctors and medical practitioners
- Private clinics and nursing homes
- Small and medium hospitals
- Diagnostic centres
- ASHA workers
- Anganwadi workers
- Gram Pradhan / Mukhiya
- Local Janpratinidhi and community representatives
- NGOs and social organizations
- Local influencers and community leaders
- Other relevant healthcare and community stakeholders
The primary objective is to increase awareness of the hospital, develop a strong healthcare referral network, generate qualified patient enquiries and expand the hospital's reach across the target territory.
Key Responsibilities1. Doctor & Healthcare Professional Outreach
- Identify and regularly visit doctors, clinics, nursing homes and hospitals in assigned territories.
- Introduce Om Kilkari Multispeciality Hospital, its doctors, departments and facilities.
- Develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with healthcare practitioners.
- Communicate specialist availability, OPD schedules, hospital facilities and relevant services.
- Collect feedback from doctors and healthcare providers regarding local patient requirements.
- Maintain an updated database of doctors, clinics, hospitals and healthcare professionals.
2. Hospital Referral Network Development
- Develop a strong and ethical professional referral network.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing healthcare contacts.
- Identify potential referral relationships and institutional opportunities.
- Coordinate appropriately with the hospital's internal teams regarding referral-related requirements.
- Maintain records of meetings, follow-ups, enquiries and business opportunities.
3. Community & Public Relations
Develop relationships with:
- Gram Pradhan / Mukhiya
- Janpratinidhi / elected representatives
- Community leaders
- ASHA workers
- Anganwadi workers
- NGOs
- Social organizations
- Local institutions
- Other influential community stakeholders
Increase awareness of the hospital and its healthcare services within local communities.
4. Health Camps & Outreach Programs
Assist in organizing and promoting:
- Health camps
- Medical check-up camps
- Specialist consultation camps
- Community health-awareness programs
- Women's health programs
- Child-health programs
- Senior-citizen health programs
- School/college health programs
- Corporate/community healthcare initiatives
Coordinate with local doctors, community representatives and organizations for effective outreach.
5. Territory Development
Regularly travel across assigned districts, towns, blocks and villages to:
- Identify new markets
- Identify important healthcare professionals
- Identify potential partner clinics/hospitals
- Understand local healthcare requirements
- Study competitor presence
- Identify opportunities for hospital growth
- Expand Om Kilkari's professional network
6. Hospital Brand Promotion
Represent Om Kilkari Multispeciality Hospital professionally in the field.
Promote awareness regarding:
- Hospital specialties
- Specialist doctors
- OPD services
- Diagnostic facilities
- Emergency services
- Critical-care facilities
- Surgical services
- Women's and children's healthcare
- Other approved hospital services
All information communicated externally must be accurate and approved by hospital management.
7. Patient Enquiry & Follow-up
- Generate qualified patient enquiries through professional and community outreach.
- Coordinate relevant enquiries with the hospital's appointment/front-office team.
- Follow up on enquiries as per hospital protocol.
- Support appropriate patient-care coordination where required.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and outcomes.
8. Market Intelligence
Regularly provide management with information regarding:
- Local healthcare demand
- Competitor hospitals
- New clinics and nursing homes
- Important doctors and practitioners
- Patient preferences
- New market opportunities
- Community healthcare requirements
- Territory-wise business potential
Primary TerritoryUttar Pradesh
The initial focus will include:
Varanasi, Ghazipur, Jaunpur, Sultanpur, Ballia, Mau, Azamgarh, Mirzapur, Bhadohi, Chandauli, Robertsganj/Sonbhadra, Zamania and adjoining areas.
Bihar
The initial focus will include:
Buxar, Kaimur, Sasaram, Bikramganj, Kochas, Mohania, Bhabua, Nokha, Ara, Koilwar, Bihiya, Bhojpur, Jagdishpur, Natwar, Dumraon and adjoining areas.
The territory may be expanded based on business requirements and market potential.
Candidate RequirementsEssential
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–8 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building ability.
- Willingness to undertake extensive field travel.
- Good knowledge of Eastern Uttar Pradesh and/or adjoining Bihar.
- Excellent Hindi communication skills.
- Ability to independently plan and manage field visits.
- Strong follow-up and reporting discipline.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
