MIS Executive

Job Summary:

The MIS Executive will be responsible for maintaining, updating, and monitoring Management Information System (MIS) reports related to Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (MACT) investigations. The role involves coordinating with field investigators, insurance companies, advocates, and internal teams to ensure accurate data management, timely report submission, invoice tracking, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update the MIS database for MACT investigation cases.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management and insurance clients.
Track case allocation, progress, pending reports, and closure status.
Coordinate with field investigators to obtain investigation updates and required documents.
Monitor TAT (Turnaround Time) and ensure timely submission of investigation reports.
Maintain records of court dates, evidence status, and case milestones.
Generate reports related to investigator performance, pending cases, and productivity.
Prepare and maintain billing MIS, invoices, and payment tracking.
Verify and update case details, including FIR, Charge Sheet, Claim Petition, Medical Documents, and other investigation records.
Maintain digital and physical records of investigation files.
Coordinate with insurance company officials and advocates for case-related information.
Prepare dashboards, summaries, and analytical reports for management.
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
Perform other administrative and operational tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills:

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIFS, Conditional Formatting, Charts).
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Basic understanding of insurance claims and MACT investigations will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BCA, BA, or equivalent).
Certification in Advanced Excel or MIS is preferred.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in an Insurance Surveyor/Investigation Agency.
Knowledge of MACT claim investigation processes.
Experience in claim tracking, invoice management, and report preparation.
Familiarity with insurance portals and document management systems.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Timely updating of case MIS.
Accuracy of reports and data.
TAT compliance for assigned cases.
Timely submission of invoices and billing reports.
Zero data discrepancies.
Effective coordination with investigators and clients.
Timely preparation of management dashboards.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive claim information.
Strong team player with a positive attitude.
Willingness to learn insurance and legal documentation related to MACT investigations.
