Job Title : Team Leader
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To build and lead a designated team of fundraising executives to generate funds for non-profit organisation from individual donors.
- Accountable for handling team/subordinates and developing leaders.
- To be responsible to meet the key task and targets of designated teams
- Any other task that may be reasonably requested by the manager
- Managing, developing and coaching the fund-raising executives and senior fundraisers for meeting desired targets.
- Lead the non-profit clients for raising fund from existing sources and identify potential funding opportunities.
- Ability to prepare performance reports and share it on weekly basis
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with them.
- Should have experience in Fundraising.
