Requirements:

As a Workday HCM and Payroll Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday’s Payroll solutions.
Certification in Workday US/UK/Canada Payroll is a must.
You will provide Workday product, subject-matter, and implementation expertise; and work with partners to understand their business requirements and help configure and test the derived solutions.
In-depth knowledge of Workday Payroll framework, taxes, compliances, and legislation
You will work effectively individually and with team members toward customer satisfaction and success.
Design and implement requirements in the Workday Payroll solution, building end to end solutions.
Demonstrate the configurations through the development of a prototype.
You will assist in creating solutions for clients and/or internal review.
Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements; ensure client takes advantage of Workday standard methodologies.
Help convert legacy data into Workday and assist clients in testing the designed solutions.
Assist the integration team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions.
Resolve complex tasks/requirements and understand and implement complex business scenarios.
Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration.
Facilitate clients intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices for Workday Payroll.
Innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively
Substantial and measurable delivery of 2 or more End to end US/UK/Canada Payroll implementations.

Preferences:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Workday workstream.
Current active Workday US/UK/Canada Payroll Certification.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with work experience.
Must be able to setup Earnings, Deductions and Tax Calculations.
Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration.
