Job Description – Data Entry Operator

Job Title: Data Entry Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Data Entry Operator to join our real estate team in Dehradun. The ideal candidate should have 1–4 years of experience in data entry, record management, and maintaining accurate databases. The role involves handling property-related information, customer records, and supporting the sales and operations teams by ensuring timely and error-free data management.

Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain property, client, and sales data in the company's CRM/ERP system and Excel sheets.
Verify the accuracy of information before entering it into the database.
Maintain records of customer enquiries, bookings, agreements, payments, and documentation.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
Organise and maintain digital and physical records of property documents.
Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and accounts teams to collect and update required information.
Ensure confidentiality and security of customer and company data.
Identify and correct data discrepancies and maintain data integrity.
Scan, upload, and archive important documents as required.
Perform other administrative and back-office support tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills

Good typing speed with high accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Knowledge of Google Sheets is an added advantage.
Familiarity with CRM software or real estate management software is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of documentation and record management.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.
Diploma or certification in Computer Applications or Data Entry is preferred.

Preferred Experience

1–4 years of experience in data entry, back-office operations, or administrative support.
Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
