Dental Assistant – Join the Team at Ensō Dental Care

At Ensō Dental Care, we believe dentistry should feel calm, comfortable, precise, and patient-focused. We are looking for a sincere, energetic, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our growing team in a modern, spa-like dental practice in Vadodara.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, values cleanliness and organisation, and wants to grow in a high-quality clinical environment.

Responsibilities

Assist the dentist during dental procedures
Prepare and sterilise instruments according to clinic protocols
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of operatories
Help with patient preparation and comfort
Manage dental materials and inventory
Assist with digital scans, X-rays, and clinical setup
Follow sterilisation and infection control SOPs
Support smooth day-to-day clinic operations
Coordinate with reception and clinical team when required

Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th pass
Prior dental assisting experience is preferred but not mandatory
Good communication skills
Ability to maintain cleanliness, discipline, and professionalism
Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
Basic understanding of English is an added advantage
