Job Purpose

To support mechanical design and engineering activities for onshore/offshore oil & gas and industrial projects by delivering high-quality design deliverables in line with project standards and timelines.

We are Hiring Mechanical Designers across multiple levels to support projects in the Onshore upstream and downstream (Oil and Gas, Petrochemical) experience is required.
These roles are based in Baroda , with opportunities aligned to experience, technical capability and project requirements.
This recruitment is part of an invite‑only hiring drive scheduled for Saturday, 20 June 2026, at our Baroda office. Interviews will be conducted only for pre‑screened candidates who receive a formal invitation from our Talent Acquisition team.
Roles will be offered at Designer & Designer Level II, depending on experience and skills.
Compensation and grades will be aligned accordingly. Opportunities may be offered as permanent or fixed‑term contract positions.

Key Responsibilities
Develop mechanical design drawings and layouts (GA drawings, fabrication drawings, skid layouts, equipment layouts).
Prepare and review 2D/3D models using tools like AutoCAD, E3D, SP3D or equivalent.
Coordinate with piping, process, structural, and electrical teams for design integration.
Assist in preparation of equipment datasheets, vendor drawings, and technical documentation .
Review and incorporate vendor inputs and client comments into design deliverables.
Ensure compliance with international standards, project specifications, and safety guidelines .
Support project team in design reviews, model reviews, and clash checks .
Maintain design quality, accuracy, and adherence to project schedules.

Qualifications

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Required

Experience in oil & gas / EPC / refinery / petrochemical projects
Hands-on experience in mechanical design and 3D modelling tools
Exposure to brownfield / greenfield projects is an added advantage

Preferred

Familiarity with Worley or EPC project environment
Good understanding of international codes & standards (API, ASME, etc.)
