Job Overview:

SterSoft Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented International Sales Executive to expand our ERP and IT software business in the global market, primarily the USA. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in IT software sales who are passionate about building international client relationships and closing high-value deals.

Experience: 1+ Years (IT Sales Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: Vadodara (Work from Office)
Shift: USA Shift (Evening/Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets, primarily the USA.
Prospect clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and outbound sales activities.
Sell ERP, SaaS, and mobile application solutions to international businesses.
Conduct virtual meetings, product presentations, demos, and follow-ups with overseas clients.
Understand client business requirements and prepare customized proposals and quotations.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with international customers.
Update and maintain accurate sales activities in CRM.
Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project handover.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1+ year of experience in IT Software Sales, preferably ERP or SaaS solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience in international client communication and outbound sales is an advantage.
Confident in cold calling, lead generation, and client follow-ups.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, email outreach, and proposal preparation.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Strong problem-solving skills with a sense of ownership and accountability.

Preferred Candidate

Experience in International IT Sales, ERP, SaaS, or Software Sales.
Candidates from Vadodara or nearby areas are strongly preferred.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Comfortable working in the USA Shift.
